Product Introduction:
Fixed liquids are mainly divided into aldehyde based fixed liquids, mercury based fixed liquids, alcohol based fixed liquids, oxidant based fixed liquids, picrate based fixed liquids, etc. The more commonly used are aldehyde based and alcohol based fixed liquids.
Gluta Fixative (2.5%) is mainly composed of Gluta, phosphate, etc., with a pH of 7.2-7.4. This fixative has a good fixation effect on the fine structures of the nucleus and cytoplasm, and is the most commonly used standard Gluta fixative. It is often used for the fixation of electron microscopy specimens.
