Product Introduction:
Fixative is mainly divided into aldehyde fixative, mercury fixative, alcohol fixative, oxidant fixative, picrate fixative, etc. The more commonly used are formalin in aldehydes and ethanol in alcohols.
Orth fixative belongs to dichromate fixative, which is mainly composed of potassium dichromate, sulfate, formaldehyde, etc. Tissues fixed by Orth fixative showed better staining of mitochondria, Golgi apparatus, and nuclear division.
