Product Introduction:
Reticular fiber is a kind of fiber in the reticular connective tissue, which is produced by reticular cells. The diameter of reticular fiber is mostly 0.2-1.0 μm, and it has toughness but no elasticity. There are many dyeing methods for reticular fibers, but the dyeing principle is basically the same, and most of them use ammonia silver immersion method. In the traditional method, gold chloride is used to adjust the color after reduction, and then sodium thiosulfate solution is used to ish the unreduced silver salt from the tissue. This modified method omits this step, so that the retin fiber contrast is more clear.
The principle of modified Gomori fiber staining is to use ammonia silver solution, which is easily adsorbed by tissues and bound to proteins of tissues, and then reduced to black or brown black metal silver by formaldehyde, which is deposited in tissues and their surfaces. This product is reagent D in the G3535 kit and can be used for supplementary use.
