Sternheimer's stain is a type of stained urinary sediment examination method, which consists of Alisin Blue and Pyronin, etc. It stains red or colorless red blood cells and dark blue, light blue or colorless white blood cells. This reagent is used only in the field of scientific research and should not be used for clinical diagnosis or other purposes.
