Administrator您好，Rnase A 酶活是不低于50U/mg的，配制浓度为10mg/ml,如果实验需要使用更高浓度的有R1031 100mg/ml的；提基因组或者质粒过程中用于降解RNA，后面不影响PCR过程，最主要的是要看PCR实验中对模板的浓度和纯度要求
