Product introduction
Snail enzyme A mixed enzyme preparation. It mainly contains 20 to 30 enzymes such as cellulase, proteolytic enzyme and pectinase.
Scope of application
It is used to dissolve the cell wall.
Usage method
Enzyme reaction: yeast cells were pretreated with sulfhydryl compounds (such as sodium thioglycolate, etc.) and suspended in iso-osmotic sorbitol solution at pH5.8-7.2. The cell wall could be dissolved by 30-40mg enzyme per gram of cells at 37℃ for 1 hour.
