In the in vitro culture of histiocytes, in the primary cell culture of histiocytes, in the digestion and dispersion of adherent growth cells and in the passage cell culture, the digestion and dispersion of adherent growth cells should be used. The commonly used digests are trypsin, EDTA, etc. Their main function is to hydrolyse proteins (such as extracellular matrix) between cells, disperse tissues or adherent cells into single cells, and make cell suspension for further experiments.
Matters needing attention
1. Due to the different properties of tissues or cells, the experimenter should determine the optimal digestion time according to the specific situation. The time of digesting cells should not be too long, otherwise it will affect the cell adhesion and growth.
2. This product does not contain bacteriostatic agents, in the use of the process should pay special attention to aseptic operation, to avoid the digestion of microbial contamination;
3. It is not suitable for long-term storage at 4℃, avoid repeated freezing and thawing, and it is recommended to separate and freeze when used in small amounts.
4. For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and wear disposable gloves to operate.
In addition, the company has prepared trypsin digestion solution (Cat: T1300 T1320 T1350), which can be directly used for cell digestion.
