Product Introduction:
Bacterial flagella is the motile organ of bacteria. H. pylori can penetrate the mucus layer of gastric epithelial cells from the highly acidic inner cavity of the stomach to reach the neutral environment of gastric epithelial cells, which is a good example of flagellar motility. Through flagella staining, the morphology, number and location of flagella in the distribution of the cell can be observed. The number of flagella and their distribution on the bacterial body are important criteria for identifying bacteria
The advantages of modified Ryu staining method are that crystal violet is used as the core dye, the reagent is more stable, the operation is simple, and the results are more reliable.
