Product introduction
A trypsin inhibitor produced by Streptomyces roseus MB-26-AI, which is one of many protease inhibitors. Leupeptin can inhibit trypsin, papain, cathepsin B, plasmin, kallikrein, etc., and its inhibitory effect is competitive with the substrate. The IC50(half-inhibitory concentration) of plasmin was 8μg/ml, but it did not inhibit chymotrypsin.
Scope of application
1) As a protease inhibitor, it can be directly soluble in water with a solubility of 50mg/ml;
2) The 10mM aqueous solution was stable at 4℃ for 1 week and -20℃ for 6 months;
3) The working concentration is generally 10-100mM and is used on ice.
