Product Introduction:
During cell lysis, a large amount of endogenous protein phosphatase is released, which catalyzes the dephosphorylation of phosphorylated proteins in various ways. This protein phosphatase inhibitor mixture (All-in-One, 100×) contains 6 independent protein phosphatase inhibitors; Each inhibitor can specifically inhibit one or several protein phosphatase activities. The optimized composition of the mixture allows it to strongly inhibit almost all important protein phosphatase activities, including protein filament/threonine phosphatase (PP1, PP2A, PP2B, PP2C), protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTPs), alkaline phosphatase, acid phosphatase, etc. The mixture is a 100-fold concentrated aqueous solution, which can be directly added to the lysate products of any tissue type and cells, and can effectively inhibit the dephosphorylation of phosphorylated proteins, thereby maintaining the phosphorylated state of proteins. It is suitable for Western Blot and co-immunoprecipitation detection of phosphorylated protein and protein kinase activity.
