Description:
Antibacterial profiles, Gram-negative and positive bacteria, Pseudomonas genus, can be used to formulate cell media.
Penicillin derivatives, which inhibit gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria, have been widely used in place of ampicillin to effectively reduce satellite colony formation. At the same time, in plant transformation, it is used to kill Agrobacterium after co-culture of bacteria and plant tissues. Recommended working liquid concentration: 0.1-30μg/ml.
