Product Description:
This product is a 5x concentrated RNA loading buffer for RNA non-denaturing gel electrophoresis, which can cause the RNA sample to sink into the gel loading hole.
Its main ingredients are glycerol, EDTA, bromophenol blue and xylene blue, etc., after DEPC treatment, no RNase. Bromophenol blue and xylene blue are used as electrophoresis indicators to indicate the electrophoresis process."
