Product Introduction:
Tylomycin is aantibiotic, which is a kind of animal macrolide antibiotics commonly used in China, also known as Tenon and Tylomycin, which can be extracted by fermentation from Streptomyces frei of actinomyces, and has 3 forms of tylomycin base, phosphate and tartrate. The antibacterial spectrum is similar to erythromycin, and it has inhibitory effect on gram-positive bacteria and some gram-negative bacteria, mycoplasma, vibrio, coccidia, spirochaetes, etc. It is especially effective on mycoplasma, but its effect on gram-positive bacteria is not as good as erythromycin. This product is characterized by a strong effect on mycoplasma, which is one of the strongest anti-mycoplasma drugs in macrolides.
Use and synthesis method:
As a feed additive, it is widely used in the feed of chickens, pigs, cattle, sheep, fish, shrimp and other animals, which can promote the growth of livestock and poultry and improve the utilization rate of feed. It is mainly used to prevent mycoplasma disease in chickens, turkeys and other animals; Swine vibrio dysentery, infectious pleuropneumonia, also used for sensitive bacteria caused by enteritis, pneumonia, mastitis, endometritis and so on. In the treatment of chronic respiratory diseases of chickens, subcutaneous injection is better than oral administration, the tissue drug concentration after subcutaneous injection is 2 ~ 3 times higher than oral administration, and the effective blood drug concentration is maintained for a longer time. In addition, tylomycin phosphate is also used as a growth promoting drug feed additive for cattle, pigs and chickens. There is cross-resistance between this product and erythromycin. In 1962, Eli Lilly successfully developed tylomycin and put it on the market, which is mainly used in feed additives and animal treatment. It can significantly promote the growth of livestock and poultry and improve feed utilization rate. In the body, it mainly exists in the form of tyloline, which can be combined with the ribosomes of prokaryotes in the body and hinder the synthesis of amino acids into the peptide chain, thus inhibiting the synthesis of the protein of infected bacteria. Strong tissue penetration, fast oral absorption, wide distribution in tissues (the highest amount is produced in the lung, liver, kidney, spleen and gallbladder), high bioavailability, rapid onset, long time to maintain effective bacteriostatic concentration, fast excretion after withdrawal, small residual amount, high safety. The effective ingredients are accurate, the safety range is wide, and the toxicity is low. Its nature is stable, not easily damaged by the environment, diluents and feed, and the conventional modulation process of feed has little impact on its effective ingredients. Tylosin has a good growth promotion effect, continuous low dose administration, not only can prevent disease, but also can significantly promote animal growth, shorten the feeding cycle. Tylosin is a special antibiotic for livestock and poultry, which avoids the cross-resistance problem that is easy to occur when humans and animals share antibiotics.
