Product introduction:
Fuchsin basic, soluble in cold or hot water with a reddish purple color, highly soluble in alcohol with a red color; When exposed to concentrated sulfuric acid, it turns yellow brown and almost colorless after dilution; An almost colorless liquid with a red precipitate formed by adding sodium hydroxide to an aqueous solution. Fuchsin basic is used to prepare Schiff reagent for detecting aldehydes; Used for the extraction photometric determination of certain acid ions and metal ions; Used for photometric detection of bromine, nitrite, and sulfur dioxide; Used as a maximal inhibitor in polarographic analysis; It is also used as a nuclear dye for biochemical analysis. It can stain elastic tissue and fuchsin loving granules, stain central nervous system nucleus, and be used in bacteriology to distinguish Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
