Product introduction:
Product application: Stain for peroxidase and hepatitis B antigen. It is a new and safe chromogenic reagent. Compared with traditional chromogenic reagents such as benzidine, o-bianisidine and o-phenylenediamine, TMB has the advantages of high detection sensitivity and good stability, and is safe to use. It is non-carcinogenic and non-mutagenic according to the results of animal test and Ames bacterial auto-mutagenicity test.

Product Usage:
At present, TMB has been gradually replacing the strong carcinogen benzidine and other carcinogenic benzidine derivatives in clinical laboratory tests, forensic tests, criminal investigations and environmental monitoring. Especially in clinical biochemical tests, TMB, as a new substrate for peroxidase, has been widely used in enzyme immunoassay (EIA) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).
