Product introduction
Biological buffer.
MOPS Use: biological buffer, suitable for pH6.5 ~ 7.9.
Other 10×MOPS buffer: mainly used for RNA denaturing electrophoresis can also be used as an electrolyte system component of two-dimensional gel electrophoresis medium electrofocusing electrophoresis (IEF); It can also be used in Northern hybridization as a buffer for RNA isolation and membrane transfer. This product is rnase-free. The reagent composition was as follows: MOPS, sodium acetate, EDTA, which was prepared with DEPC water. When using, please dilute into 1× solution.
Physical properties
