Deae-cellulose, which uses a particle type hydrophilic polymer with an average particle size of 50μm, and the surface is linked with macromolecular sugars, so that it has a higher specific surface area and better biocompatibility, maintain a higher load capacity, and has a better resolution. Due to the large specific surface area, the equilibrium and elution time is also shorter. It is grafted even if the purification of viruses, plasmids and other large molecular substances, the load remains basically unchanged.
