Accutase cell digestive juice is a neutral enzyme cell digestive juice containing proteolytic enzyme and collagenase activity. It is a perfect substitute for trypsin/EDTA digestive juice and is used to digest cells from conventional tissue culture vessels and adhesive culture vessels. It is suitable for tissue dissociation and cell separation, because the isolated cells can maintain intact surface antigens and do not contain any animal or bacterial components. It can meet the requirements of a variety of subsequent experiments, such as cell surface labeling, virus growth analysis, flow cytometry analysis and bioreactor detection. This product is a ready-to-use sterile solution, soluble in DPBS (including 0.5 mM EDTA and 3 mg/L phenol red), and can be directly used in cell culture related experiments.
Compared with the traditional trypsin digestive juice, this product has the following advantages:
1) It is suitable for the digestion of most primary cells and mammalian cell lines, as well as insect cells;
2) Mild and effective digestive stem cells (hESCs and mESCs), which have a higher recovery rate after cryopreservation;
3) The adherent cells can be separated within a few minutes without cleaning or neutralization reaction, saving cell passage time;
4) Mild digestion of cells can increase cell yield and survival rate, enhance cell adhesion efficiency, and improve cell morphology and cell growth characteristics.
Accutase digestive juice performed extremely well in the following applications of cell digestion, including: continuous cell culture, analysis of cell surface markers, virus growth test, starvation-induced quiescence analysis, oncogene transfection cell transformation test, neural crest cell migration test, cell proliferation, cell touch and tumor cell migration test. Easily dissociate many types of cells, including embryonic stem cells and neural stem cells, it can be used for flow analysis, mild dissociation, maintain maximum cell vitality and without neutralization.
