Solarbio modified Tyrode's solution is also a kind of balanced salt solution, which is mainly composed of sodium chloride, potassium chloride, magnesium chloride, calcium chloride, phosphate, HEPES, etc., without glucose. The buffering capacity is stronger than that of conventional Tyrode's solution. It is often used in mammalian isolated intestinal muscle experiments and to maintain the normal physiological function of isolated intestinal muscle, body perfusion and tissue cleaning.
Note:
1.Because there are calcium ions in this Tyrode's solution, it is easy to precipitate. If a little precipitation is produced, it can be used after heating, dissolution or filtration, and a large amount of precipitation should be discarded.
