Concentration: 25μmol/L

Storage and transportation temperature: normal temperature transportation, -20℃long-term storage, avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Short-term use can put 4℃.

Product description: ROX Reference Dye is generally used on the Real Time PCR amplifiers of ABI, Stratagene and other companies to adjust the differences between PCR tubes caused by PCR sampling errors. The ROX Reference Dye concentration required by different instruments is different. Our company provides ROX Reference Dye storage solution with a concentration of 25μmol/L, and the final concentration is 50nmol/L or 500nmol/L according to different instruments. Users can add ROX reference dye according to the recommended concentration of the instrument.

To accurately add 0.1μL to each reaction, it is recommended to dilute ROX 10 times with water and use a 1μL diluted solution prior to use.
