Product Description:

One Step RT Premix is a special reagent for One Step RT PCR reaction. The reaction process is carried out continuously in the same tube to avoid opening the tube and effectively prevent pollution. This product contains high temperature reverse transcriptase (RNase H-) and a new hot start enzyme, using a special Buffer optimized for reverse transcription and PCR amplification efficiency, suitable for high sensitivity amplification of low concentration RNA templates.

Storage conditions:

Technical description:

1. The system is commonly used for reverse transcription reaction at 50℃, and the reverse transcription temperature can be optimized in the range of 45℃~60℃; According to the different reaction characteristics, the reverse transcription time can be optimized within 10 to 30 minutes.

2. The reverse transcriptase used in this system is genetically modified on the basis of MMLV to remove RNaseH activity, so that it has higher temperature tolerance and reverse transcriptase temperature, and has higher reverse transcriptase efficiency for RNA complex structural templates;

3. The system has better system stability and applicability, which is very suitable for the detection of complex RNA templates extracted from viruses, tissues and other samples.
