Product introduction:
Alcohol-soluble eosin Y is a chemically synthesized acidic dye, which dissociates into negatively charged anions in water and combines with positively charged cations of amino groups of proteins to stain the cytoplasm. The cytoplasm, red blood cells, muscle, connective tissue, eosinophilic granules, etc. are stained with varying degrees of red or pink, in sharp contrast with the blue nucleus. Eosin is a good dye for the cytoplasm. It is generally used with other dyes such as hematoxylin or methylene blue.
