Product introduction
Size parameters: height about 43mm, diameter about 17mm.
turbidimetric tubes are standard turbidimetric tubes of different turbidimetric values used for microbial turbidimetry. The specific configuration method is determined according to the ratio of sulfuric acid and barium chloride, which can be found in the table, so that the concentration of barium sulfate precipitation generated by different ratios is different, and all have a fixed value. The concentration of the bacterial solution to be tested was roughly determined by visually comparing the concentration of the bacterial solution to the standard bacterial solution.
How to use
First, the operation process should be carried out in the biological safety cabinet to avoid other pollution. 1. Shake the turbidimetric tube well. 2. If the sample is bacterial liquid, take an appropriate amount of broth culture and add it to a sterile test tube with a similar turbidimetric tube diameter. If the sample is a colony, take a sterile test tube with a similar diameter to the turbidimetric tube, add a small amount of sterile distilled water, pick an appropriate amount of colony and add it. Aseptic operation The broth culture to be measured is added to a sterile test tube of the same diameter (size) as the standard tube. 3. Add sterile distilled water to the test tube, shake well, and compare with the corresponding turbidimetric tube. 1. Calculate the concentration of the test culture tube: tube 1 is the multiple of 3×108 bacteria /mL: bacterial concentration standard tube number ×3×108= bacteria /mL of the tube number. For example, tube 3 (#3) was 9×108 bacteria /mL. 2. Prepare the required concentration, such as the concentration of 105 bacteria: the bacteria equivalent to No. 1 tube (3×108) is diluted 1:3 to 108. A further dilution of 1:1000 was made. 108÷103=105 Precautions: 1 If the broth culture measured is not clear. A, the bacterial concentration was corrected by subtracting the value of the uninoculated medium from the value of the culture. B, Example: Tube 4 (broth culture)-1 (incubated uninoculated broth tube)= tube 3 (corrected reading)2, if the broth is very dark, put the uninoculated tube behind the standard tube for reading. 3. Before use, the turbidimetry tube should be shaken well. If there are large particles in the tube, they should be replaced.Note:Product information may be optimized and upgraded.
