Product Introduction:
The excellent sealing agent used in the microscopic technique is similar to the Canadian gum in nature, the same in use, and the effect is better. Neutral gum is the same as Canadian gum, is a natural resin, after refining and neutralizing dissolved in transparent agent into 60% solution, refractive rate and glass approximate, after drying condensed into transparent colorless solid, no shrinkage yellow, crack defects, no like Canadian gum has a long yellow slice oxidation fade and other shortcomings. The specimens were stained with hematoxylin, eosin, saffranine, solid green, and magenta, and the color did not change after storage for several years. Many whole specimens, such as bloodsucking worm, polyester worm and other parasites, can achieve good results when sealed with neutral gum.
At present, neutral gum is widely used in biology, medicine as a biological section sealing agent, as well as a cement for optical glass instruments.
Instruction:
The sealing method is very simple, drop 2-3 drops of gum liquid in the center of the slide (pay attention to the drops together otherwise it is easy to have bubbles), and then slowly put the cover glass on, gently squeeze, the gum liquid will spread to the outside of the lens, and after a few hours of ventilation, use a cotton ball to stick transparent agent or turpentine to scrub the excess gum at the edge of the lens. Then put in a ventilated place to dry, the seal can be stored at room temperature.
