Product description: It has been filtered and sterilized by 0.22 μm, and BSA is dissolved in normal saline. Bovine serum albumin is a kind of globulin in bovine serum, also known as the fifth component. Bovine serum albumin has the functions of physiology, carrier, mechanical protection, neutralizing toxic substances and maintaining constant osmotic pressure. It helps to maintain the stability and activity of Tag enzyme and improve the efficiency of PCR in PCR system. Bovine serum albumin is also widely used in cell culture. In the operation of virus cell isolation, BSA solution was added to DMEM medium to replace bovine serum to prevent trypsin from being inactivated by bovine serum and affect virus particle replication. At the same time, it can provide nutrients for cell growth and protect virus particles.
