"Precast-Gel is a high performance and low cost polyacrylamide pregel developed by Solarbio. The gel is prepared in advance, and the user can bring it to the sample for electrophoresis, which reduces the trouble of the user's own gel and saves a lot of time.

Precast-gel The Precast glue is sent to the Running buffer by default. Note: Prefabricated glue must use our complimentary running buffer as the electrophoresis buffer, other buffers do not match.

Precast-Gel has the following characteristics:

★ Special gel and buffer formula, high resolution, clear strip, excellent electrophoretic effect

★ Long storage period, 4 ℃ storage up to 18 months the clip is extremely easy to open, no prying tools

★ Compatible with the current market of various electrophoretic tanks, such as BIORAD, Liuyi, Tianneng and Junyi East

★ Can be used for SDS denaturation and non-denaturation electrophoresis

★ A variety of different concentrations such as 10%, 12%, 15% and 4-15% gradient are available; 1.5mm adhesive thickness;

★ Electrophoresis time is short, at 150V voltage, electrophoresis can be completed in 40-50 minutes

★ A sufficient amount of electrophoresis buffer is included free of charge when sold.

★ Glass electrophoresis plate protein adsorption rate is low, electrophoresis effect is better.

★ Sheet size: 9.8x8.4x0.41cm

★ Gel size: 8.1x7.4x0.15cm

★ Concentration: 4-20%

★ Separation range: 200-3.5KDa

★ Number of holes :10wells

★ Loading quantity: 60ul

★ Storage: 4℃ for 18 months

★ Application: Western blot

Product storage and transportation

1. Store and transport at room temperature. It can be stored for 12 months at room temperature. When stored at room temperature, it should be placed in a cool place to avoid drastic changes in temperature and direct sunlight.

2, 4-8℃, can be stored for 18 months.

3, do not place below 0 ℃, gel below 0 ℃ will freeze, produce bubbles and cracks, gel scrap."
