Product Introduction:
Western Blot membrane Blocking Buffer is suitable for sealing transfer membranes such as PVDF membrane or NC membrane in Western Blot experiments. After sealing, the non-specific binding of subsequent primary or secondary antibodies to the film can be reduced, the background can be reduced, and the signal-to-noise ratio can be enhanced to achieve the ideal color rendering effect. According to the calculation of 5-10 ml of sealing liquid required for each film sealing, a package of Western sealing liquid can seal 10-20 films.
Usage:
This product is ready-to-use and does not require dilution. After the protein transfer, the transfer film is placed in a container, a sufficient amount of membrane sealing liquid is added to fully cover the film, and the closure is completed by oscillating and sealing at room temperature for half an hour to 1 hour, and then subsequent operations such as primary antibody incubation are carried out.
Note:
It is usually closed at room temperature for 60 minutes. For some antibodies with very high backgrounds, they can be closed overnight at 4 ℃. For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves.
