Product Description:
5%BSA Blocking Buffer is suitable for blocking non-specific protein binding sites in Western Blotting, ELISA and immunohistochemical tests. After closure, the subsequent non-specific binding of the primary or secondary antibodies to the carrier can be reduced, the background can be reduced, and the signal-to-noise ratio can be enhanced to achieve the ideal color rendering effect.
Usage: This product is ready-to-use, without dilution. In the sealing step, sufficient amount of BSA sealing liquid was added to fully cover the surface of the carrier, and the sealing time was oscillated. The sealing time was determined according to the experiment, and it was generally closed at room temperature for half an hour to 1 hour, and then subsequent operations such as antibody incubation were carried out.
Note: It is usually closed at room temperature for 60 minutes. For some antibodies with very high backgrounds, they can be closed overnight at 4 ℃. For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves.
