Product Introduction:
TBS buffer is an isotonic buffer salt solution commonly used in biology, which is mainly used in immunohistochemistry, in situ hybridization, enzyme-linked immunization and other experiments, and cleaning non-specific binding antibodies in western blot experiments. The stable PH buffer system is formed by Tris-HCl, and NaCl provides isotonic conditions. This product is 20× concentrate and diluted for use. Component concentration Tris 200 mM NaCl 3 M PH 7.5-7.6
Instructions for use:
Preparation of 1×TBS buffer: Measure 50ml of 20×TBS buffer, add 950ml of deionized water to 1L, and mix thoroughly.
Note:
Storage at 4℃ can extend the shelf life of the product, and it is not recommended to store at low temperature for a long time. If crystallization occurs, please place in a water bath at 37℃ until completely dissolved. When used, it is diluted to 1× and 0.05% Tween-20 can be added for western blot membrane cleaning.
