Solarbio's Primary Antibody Dilution Buffer is suitable for primary antibody dilution in immunohistochemical and western blotting experiments. The product added antibody protective agent, stabilizer and other ingredients, effectively increase the stability of the diluted primary antibody. The primary antibody diluted with this diluent can be stably stored at 2-8℃ for at least half a year.

Usage:

According to the recommended titer of the primary antibody (or personal optimization conditions), the appropriate amount of antibody can be added to the antibody diluent. For example, when the titer is 1:1000, 1ul of antibodies can be added to 1ml of antibody diluent and can be used after being fully mixed. The antibody is best diluted now, and the diluted antibody can be stored at 2-8℃.

Note:

If antibodies need to be recycled, it is recommended to perform antibody binding reaction at 2-8℃ to slow down the decay rate of antibody titer.
