The AP-Antibody Dilution Buffer produced by Solarbio is suitable for the dilution of AP-labeled antibodies in immunohistochemical and western blot experiments. Antibody protectant and stabilizer were added to the diluent, which effectively increased the stability of the AP labeled antibody after dilution. The AP-labeled antibodies diluted with this diluent can be stably stored at 2-8℃ for at least six months.
Usage:
According to the recommended titer of the primary antibody (or personal optimization conditions), the appropriate amount of antibody can be added to the antibody diluent. For example, when the titer is 1:1000, 1ul of antibodies can be added to 1ml of antibody diluent and can be used after being fully mixed. The antibody is best diluted now, and the diluted antibody can be stored at 2-8℃.
Note:
If antibodies need to be recycled, it is recommended to perform antibody binding reaction at 2-8℃ to slow down the decay rate of antibody titer.
