The Immunofluorescence Staining Antibody Dilution Buffer produced by Solarbio can be used to dilute and prepare fluorescent labeled antibodies during immunofluorescence experiments. Antibody protective agent, stabilizer and other ingredients are added to the product, which effectively increases the stability of the fluorescent antibody after dilution. The antibody diluted with this diluent can be stably stored at 2-8℃ for half a year.

Usage:

According to the recommended titer of fluorescent antibody (or personal optimization conditions), the appropriate amount of antibody can be added to the antibody diluent. For example, when the titer is 1:1000, 1ul of antibodies can be added to 1ml of antibody diluent and can be used after being fully mixed. The antibody is best diluted now, and the diluted antibody can be stored at 2-8℃.

Note:

If antibodies need to be recycled, it is recommended to perform antibody binding reaction at 2-8℃ to slow down the decay rate of antibody titer.
