Product introduction：

immune serum, also known as antiserum, is prepared by mixing various antigen molecules with Freund's complete adjuvant (water-soluble antigen molecules in oil) or Freund's complete adjuvant (water-soluble antigen molecules in oil). The incomplete adjuvants combined with aqueous agent were injected into different parts of experimental animals such as sheep or rabbits to produce high titer antibody. After that, they were prepared by sterile low-temperature separation. Immune serum can be widely used in various disciplines of medicine and biology, especially in clinical immunodetection. It is also an essential material in the diagnosis of immunopathology. The appearance of this product is a reddish transparent liquid, containing 0.01% sodium chloride; NaN3 Preservation of corrosion.



this product with IgG as antigen, bipolar diffusion 1:16 ~ 32.

Anti-igg was specific for γ chain, anti-igm was specific for μ chain and anti-iga was specific for α chain.
