In western experiments, the HRP labeled antibody (1mg/ml) can reach 100,000 dilution, which is about 2-5 times that of a certain brand. ECL Plus supersensitive luminescent solution has a long luminescence time, rabbit IgG is prepared into protein sample, normal western blot test is performed (the above mentioned dilution is in this case, the dilution of spot test will be higher), and signal collection is carried out on the chemiluminescence camera instrument, after 20 minutes, The fluorescence intensity was basically unchanged from the initial fluorescence intensity.
