ECL Western Blotting Substrate

ECL Plus hypersensitive luminescent solution directly or indirectly detects protein or nucleic acid substrate associated with HRP. This unique luminescent substrate system is currently the most sensitive commercial fluorescent ECL detection reagent, with extremely high sensitivity and high signal-to-noise ratio, rapid luminescence, fluorescence can make X-ray film sensitive for more than 12 hours, especially suitable for trace protein or nucleic acid detection. At the same time, the reagent allows the use of a higher antibody dilution ratio (1:2000-1:10,000), which is extremely economical with antibodies.

Solarbio's ECL Plus luminescent solution is a chemiluminescent reagent that can be widely used in immunological experiments. The experimental effect is better than the supersensitive luminescent liquid of a well-known brand in the market.

ECL Plus supersensitive luminescent solution reacts with horseradish peroxidase to produce fluorescence, which can be collected by the film and the corresponding instrument.

The sensitivity of ECL Plus is extremely high, which is more than 1000 times that of ordinary DAB on the market. In western experiments, the HRP labeled antibody (1mg/ml) can reach 100,000 dilution, which is about 2-5 times that of a certain brand. The extremely high sensitivity makes it possible to save antibodies significantly, in which case it is necessary to reduce the dilution of the primary or secondary antibody to avoid obtaining too dark bands that are difficult to compare.

ECL Plus supersensitive luminescent solution has a long luminescence time, rabbit IgG is prepared into protein sample, normal western blot test is performed (the above mentioned dilution is in this case, the dilution of spot test will be higher), and signal collection is carried out on the chemiluminescence camera instrument, after 20 minutes, The fluorescence intensity was basically unchanged from the initial fluorescence intensity. After 30 minutes, the fluorescence of the high concentration of the second antibody was slightly attenuated, and the other fluorescence was basically unchanged.

Use: For Western Blot of HRP labeled antibodies and nucleic acid hybridization of HRP labeled probes.
