Product Introduction:
4× non-denatured protein loading buffer does not contain SDS, DTT or β-mercaptoethanol, which is suitable for electrophoresis of conventional non-denatured PAGE protein samples.
Instruction:
1. Please use the ratio of 10 μl protein loading buffer per 30 μl protein sample (4 times dilution). If the protein concentration is too high, it can be diluted with double steaming water. After mixing, the sample can be directly transferred to the PAGE glue filling hole.
2. Usually, electrophoresis can be stopped when the blue dye reaches the bottom of the glue.
Note:
1. For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves.
2. The protein loading buffer contains bromophenol blue indicator, and the PH value is affected by the storage temperature. In the state of cryogenic storage, the solution may appear dark brown, which does not affect the use of the product.
