This reagent is a mixture of Tris and SDS, which is mainly used in the preparation experiment of SDS-PAGE gel (denatured polyacrylamide gel). When preparing the separation glue, add 2.5ml (4 times dilution) to the 10ml glue making system.
Component concentration
Tris-HCl (pH=8.8) 1.5mol/L
SDS 0.4% (W/V)
Note: If there is white precipitation, can be placed in 37℃ water bath, precipitation and dissolution before use.
