Blue predyed low molecular weight protein Marker(14.4-97.4kDa) contains 6 kinds of known predyed standard proteins with molecular weights ranging from 14.4kD-97.4kD. The bands are as follows: 14.4, 20.1, 31,433, 66.2, 97.4, can directly observe protein electrophoresis and clearly judge the transfer effect of Western Blot. After SDS-PAGE gel electrophoresis, 6 clear blue protein bands were obtained on PVDF or NC membrane. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing, it is recommended to store at -20℃ after packaging.
Instructions for use:
1. After opening, it can be divided into small tubes according to needs. It is recommended that each tube be divided into 10μl and stored at -20℃.
2. This product already contains loading buffer. Before use, take the small tube after packing and preheat it for 5 minutes at 65℃, and then load the sample for electrophoresis. The loading amount is 10μl.
3. The recommended separation glue concentration is 10%.
Note: It is necessary to preheat the protein sample at 65℃ before loading, otherwise some proteins will be deposited on the upper edge of the separation glue after electrophoresis, and a protein impurity band will appear.
