The 10× electrophoretic transfer buffer developed and produced by Solarbio is a buffer for wet and semi-dry electrophoretic transfer of film in Western blotting experiments. This product is prepared by conventional methods, is 10× concentrate, does not contain SDS and methanol, easy to store, easy to operate.

Component concentration:

250mM Tris, 1.92M Glycine

Instruction:

This product is 10× concentrate, diluted as follows before use:

1. Take 100mL of 10× electrophoretic transfer buffer, add 200 mL of anhydrous methanol and mix well.

2. Add distilled water or deionized water, set the volume to 1L, mix well and then use.

3. The newly prepared 1× electrophoresis transfer buffer working liquid can be stored for about two weeks at room temperature.

4. This product does not contain SDS, when the protein molecular weight is large or the hydrophobicity is strong, in order to increase the film transfer effect, a small amount of SDS can be added appropriately (reference working concentration is 0.025-0.1%).

Note:

1. This product is highly concentrated liquid, which may crystallize when the ambient temperature is low. It can be heated to help dissolve, and then diluted after the solution is complete. Keep sealed to prevent contamination.
