Nitrotetrazolium chloride blue (NBT; N8140-Solarbio): substrate for dehydrogenase and other peroxidase enzymes. For the determination of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase; It is also a precipitating reagent for coagulation factor I(fibrinogen).
