Product introduction：
Immunoglobulin (IgG) is widely used in the research field of various branches of immunology and molecular biology, it can be used as a macromolecular globulin for biochemical research, and can also be used as an antigen in immunology and clinical medicine. Various human and animal serum (IgG freeze-dried or liquid) were purified by fractional saturated ammonium sulfate salting and weak basic anion exchange chromatography. Each product can achieve immunoelectrophoresis, polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis pure.
Scope of Application:
1. Can be used as a reference protein, molecular weight 155,000;
2. Reference antigen, for example, IgG is used as the reference antigen to observe the immune effect in drug trials;
3. For antigen use:
(1) Immunized animals
(2) Determination of corresponding antibodies
(3) Absorb the antigen of the heteroantibody, when it is made of anti-iga, anti-igm, if there is cross-reaction with IgG, use IgG as the antigen absorption heteroantibody.

Administrator您好，在不加入任何保护剂的情况下，蛋白可于4度保存一周；-20度保存一个月；-80度至多可保存6个月。建议保存浓度不低于1mg/mL，且避免反复冻融。
