This product can efficiently transfect the vast majority of suspension cells and obtain ideal gene knockout effect. For most suspension cells, the positive rate of RFect transfection was more than 75%, while the death rate of transfected cells was less than 10%. It is also extremely easy to use. SRNA was mixed with transfection reagent at room temperature, and then the mixture of siRNA and transfection reagent was directly added to the cells containing culture medium.
