The product can be used to transfect siRNA, miRNA mimics and miRNA inhibitor, etc. This product can efficiently transfect the vast majority of primary cells and obtain ideal gene knockout effect. Even for some living parasite larvae, ideal transfection results can be obtained. For most primary cells, the positive rate of cell transfection was more than 80%, while the death rate of transfected cells was less than 10%. It is also extremely easy to use, first mix sRNA with RFect at room temperature, and then add the mixture of siRNA and transfection reagent directly to the cells containing culture medium. The serum has no effect on the transfection effect, and there is no need to deliberately add or change the culture medium.
Product characteristics:
