The product can be used to transfect small molecular RNA within 200 bp, such as siRNA, miRNA mimics, miRNA inhibitor, etc. The transfected cells include most adherent cells, such as general cell lines, tumor cell lines and so on. At present, no matter at home or abroad, the main components of transfection reagents are liposomes or polyethyleneimine (Polyethylenimine, PEI). These two components have great cytotoxicity, and the transfection effect is not good. The product uses a new type of animal-derived nanomaterials with low toxicity and high transfection performance. Compared with other brands of small nucleic acid transfection reagents, the cell transfection positive rate of this product is generally more than 90%, and the inhibition efficiency of Lamin A/C gene is more than 95%, while the cell transfection positive rate of other brand transfection reagents is generally no more than 70%. The cytotoxicity is very low, and the death rate of transfected cells is less than 10%, while that of other brand reagents is generally more than 30%. The serum has no effect on the transfection effect, and it is not necessary to add or replace the culture medium deliberately. This product is suitable for cell line transfection and primary cell transfection, please choose small nucleic acid transfection reagent.
