Nuclear protein extraction kit provides a complete set of reagents for the extraction of nuclear proteins from a variety of animal cells such as primary or pass-through animal cells. The extraction process is simple and convenient, and can be completed within 1 hour. The prepared nucleoprotein and cytoplasmic protein not only have high purity, maintain natural activity, but also have little cross contamination. This kit contains a unique formulation that effectively dissolves nuclear membrane components. The kit contains a protease inhibitor mixture that prevents protease from degrading the protein and provides a guarantee for extracting high purity proteins.
