The histone extraction kit provides a simple and widely used method for extracting histones with corresponding reagents. It is suitable for extracting histones from sperm samples. The extraction process is simple and convenient. The extracted proteins can be used for WesternBlotting, protein electrophoresis, histone modification experiments such as acetylation, methylation, sumoylation and other downstream protein studies.
