Plant ribosome extraction kit A simple and rapid method can be used to quickly extract plant ribosomes. This kit is suitable for extracting ribosomes from fresh plant leaves. The ribosome recovery rate is low when it is used for frozen samples. The ribosome extracted by the ribosome extraction kit has biological activity and can be used in various downstream applications such as ribosome function research and ribosome protein extraction. This kit adopts non-enzymatic rapid extraction method, which can quickly extract ribosomes within one hour, but the recovery rate is slightly lower than that of enzymatic ribosome extraction kit. Need enzyme extraction kit can choose other kits, enzymatic extraction of ribosome recovery will be increased, but it takes a long time. Select a kit according to your needs. The ribosomes extracted by this kit are true karyotypes. If you need to extract prokaryotic ribosomes such as chloroplasts and mitochondria, please select other kits.
