Bacterial Protein Rapid Extraction Kit (centrifugal column method) provides a complete set of reagents for the extraction of total proteins from a variety of bacteria, including gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, for both crude and total protein preparation of purified proteins. The extraction process is simple and convenient. The kit contains a protease inhibitor mixture that prevents protease from degrading the protein and provides a guarantee for extracting high purity proteins. The centrifuge column provided with the kit is used to effectively remove non-protein impurities and is not used to adsorb proteins. The protein extracted from this kit can be used in Western Blotting, protein electrophoresis, immunoprecipitation, ELISA, transcriptional activity analysis, Gel shift gel blocking experiment, enzyme activity determination and other downstream protein research experiments. The protein extracted by this kit is an active protein with natural protein conformation. This kit does not contain EDTA and is compatible with downstream applications such as metal chelation and chromatography. The protein sample extracted by this kit contains a high concentration of salt components, which cannot be used directly for 2D electrophoresis, or the final sample can be desalted and then used for 2D electrophoresis.
