The extraction process is simple and convenient, avoiding the destruction of yeast cells by grinding method, ultrasonic method or pressing method with poor repeatability, avoiding the destruction of the target protein caused by oxidation and heat increase caused by intense mechanical treatment. This kit contains a unique formulation that effectively dissolves cell membrane components, including the plasma membrane, the nuclear membrane, and various organelle membranes. The kit contains a protease inhibitor mixture that prevents protease from degrading the protein and provides a guarantee for extracting high purity proteins. The protein extraction components of this kit do not contain detergent components that cannot be removed by dialysis, and do not contain SDS, TritonX-100, chaps and other components that may affect the mass spectrometry experiment. After dialysis or desalting treatment, the final protein sample will not contain detergent, high concentration salt and other effects. Basically, it can satisfy any downstream proteomic related experimental research. The protease inhibitor mixture of this product does not contain AEBSF, which can avoid the mass spectrometry peak shift caused by AEBSF, so the protein samples extracted from this product can be used for MassSpectrometry (MS) detection and analysis, proteomics and other related research. The protein extracted by this kit is an active protein with natural protein conformation. This kit does not contain EDTA and is compatible with downstream applications such as metal chelation and chromatography. The protein extracted from this kit can also be used for WesternBlotting, protein electrophoresis, immunoprecipitation, ELISA, transcriptional activity analysis, Gelshift gel blocking experiment, enzyme activity determination and other downstream protein research experiments.
