Apoptosis-Hoechst staining kit (Hoechst Staining Kit) is a fast and simple kit for the detection of apoptosis using classical Hoechst 33258. When apoptosis occurs, the chromatin will pyknosis. after Hoechst 33258 staining, the nuclei of normal cells are normal blue, while the nuclei of apoptotic cells are densely stained, or fragmented and densely stained, and the color is somewhat white. It is often used to detect apoptosis in cultured adherent or suspension cells and tissue sections. The range of cell content detected by the kit is generally 0.1~1×106.
