According to the characteristics of different cell density in whole blood, erythrocyte sedimentation fluid allows red blood cells to settle naturally through density difference and special density medium, and is completely separated from other blood cells. It is beneficial to obtain research cells by density gradient centrifugation or flow cytometry.
